Message and as I stated, this whole thread has a number of things fueling it.

The economy has taken a turn for the worse, and many shadetree mechanics are whoring themselves out to keep food on the table and a roof over their heads, as you showed via the Craigslist ad in your area. the same goes for here.

A local guy who worked out of his garage at the time charged me 150 dollars to R&R my clutch. I ran that clutch JUST fine until i went TT, which is 7 years and 40K miles worth. unfortunately he passed away, but just saying Im sure there are many deals like that around.

The FACT of the matter remains that many NA swaps have been done in very little time. All Data as previously stated calls for 15.3 hours. If a shop takes longer than 15 hours than its not an efficient shop.

Im asking for ~ 12-15 hours, aka ONE DAY.

the idiots saying that it cant be done are very simply people who fit the criteria i posted earlier

I know what it takes, I know the hurdles, and quite frankly the points you stated are taken care of in minutes with a Dremel, multiple parts car at your disposal, a local hardware store and experience. (no precats in this case, as it would be the header studs, but same thing).

Hari, you know PLENTY well by now that I have no issue sending you all kinds of business, and if this OP was willing to go to you, i would obviously recommend you. this isnt about politics and mental midgets protecting their cloud of mystery over this seemingly IMPOSSIBLE NA swap that must take 20 hours so they can continue to CHARGE accordingly... this is about the truth. and the truth is, as someone else up there agrees, that it does NOT take 20 hours to do an NA R&R.

Instead of just constantly going over it like a kid in this thread, i have offered to put my money where my mouth is. 75 dollars an hour for 12-15ish hours is where I got that number from, but i could care less about that, as its not my primary source of income, but rather a hobby. we did supergojis pull for FREE, and plan on helping him drop it for FREE. I digress...

Why the argument over 12-15 as opposed to 20? Because the 12-15 can be done by proficient Z owners who wont charge him as much as a shop who is probably charging the going rate of 95 dollars an hour. 5*95 = mucho money.

its been done before, it can be done again. Ive had it up to here with stupid sheep who speak when they have zero clue.
